Where do we meet our guide?

All tours start from our office in Calle Trinidad Grund 8.

Is it necessary to reserve in advance and how long in advance should I make my reservation?

Although it is possible that there are free places the same day, we recommend that you reserve a place online the earliest possible – to ensure availability. We will confirm your reservation within 24h.

How many people might join my group?

We want you to feel comfortable. Six people per guide seems to be the best option to us. By doing tours with small groups we are able to offer a more personalized service.

What is the recommended age?

In Málaga the minimum age to drive a Segway is 16 years old.

Is there a weight limit?

You must weigh between 40 kg (88 lbs) and 120 kg (260 lbs).

Are there any other types of limitations?

Yes. For obvious reasons it is not recommended for pregnant women. Apart from this, anybody who can stay on their feet whilst on the tour can enjoy the experience.

Is it difficult to drive?

It is highly intuitive and normally five minutes of practice are enough to realize how easy it is. However, in all our tours we give personal instructions to each user until they feel completely secure.

How fast can the Segway go?

The maximum speed is 20 kph/12.5 mph.

How many km do we cover in the tours?

In the one hour tour we cover 7 km/4.3 mile and in the 2 hour tour we cover about 10,3 km/6.2 mile.

How long does the battery last?

On a single charge the i2 can go for 38 km/24 miles of travel. The x2 can go up to 19 km/12 miles. That travel distances depend on payload, riding style and terrain. In addition, batteries will recharge when traveling down hills.

Can I give a Segway tour as a present?

We offer gift vouchers. When you do the booking, please mention in the comment section that you would like to give the Segway tour as a present.

In which languages is the tour available?

We offer tours in English, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.

What do we do if it rains?

Most of the time weather is great in Málaga. If it rains a lot we can wait, reschedule or even cancel if you wish.

Is it possible to organize group tours?

We love to organize group tours so if you are interested contact us and we will negotiate a special price.

Is it possible to rent a Segway without a guide?

Sorry, but for the moment we only do guided tours or rent them for corporate events, conventions, parties, etc. and always with our personnel providing support during the course of the event.
